What are Invisalign and clear aligners?
Aligner treatment begins with a digital scan of your teeth. A 3D plan shows how each tooth will move and what your smile is expected to look like at the end — so you can see the planned result before you begin. You then wear each set of aligners for about 20–22 hours a day, switching to the next set as directed. Regular reviews make sure teeth are tracking to plan.
